Burnaby Lake & Rowing Pavillion
Centrally located in the heart of Burnaby, situated in the beautiful and serene Burnaby Lake Regional Nature Park, lies Burnaby Lake–the park’s namesake. Burnaby Lake offers an unparalleled opportunity for water sports, as the best year-round flat water venue in Canada for rowing, canoe, kayak and dragon boat. Train and compete in a picturesque, lush park venue, with stunning views of the North Shore mountains and wildlife aplenty.
Burnaby Lake Rowing Club (BLRC) manages the fully buoyed six-lane 2000 metre racing course, which is suitable for local, regional, national and international racing.
The Rowing Pavillion, owned and operated by the City of Burnaby, supports Burnaby Lake events, with the opportunity for banquet and meeting space on-site, as well as food services and event hosting requirements.
