Burnaby’s annual Monster Dash 5K is back and costumes are strongly encouraged. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just in it for the Halloween spirit, this is a great way to celebrate the season with family, friends, and a whole lot of festive energy. Lace up, dress up, and join the fun.

Mini Monster Dash 400m

Not just for the grown-ups. The Mini Monster Dash is a 400m run on the track at Swangard Stadium, designed for children aged 10 and under. It’s a safe, fun, and festive way for little goblins, superheroes, ghosts, and monsters to get in on the action.
