This self-guided food festival marks the arrival of cherry blossom season with limited-edition drinks and desserts inspired by the delicate floral flavours of cherry blossom. Eggbomb+
EGGBOMB+ is offering two festival creations this year:
Spring Matcha Latte – an iced matcha drink poured over creamy milk and topped with a light cherry blossom cream, capturing the soft flavours of spring in every sip.
Cherry Mascarpone Snow – a fluffy shaved-ice dessert layered with mascarpone cream and crunchy meringue crackers, creating a light and airy cherry blossom treat.
Both items are available throughout the festival.

Matcha Tea Lab
Matcha Tea Lab is offering two festival drinks this season:
Strawberry Strawberry Matcha Glow – house-made strawberry sauce layered with ceremonial-grade matcha from Yamamasa Koyamaen and finished with strawberry collagen cold foam, creating a vibrant pink-and-green drink that captures the energy of spring.

Ube Latte with Cold Foam – a creamy espresso drink featuring the rich, nutty sweetness of purple yam, finished with a smooth layer of cold foam.
Dragon Fruit Lemonade – tropical dragon fruit mixed with refreshing lemonade, creating a bright pink drink with a balanced sweet-tart flavour.
Shine Muscat with Sorbet Ade – juicy shine muscat grapes paired with sparkling citrus ade and topped with a scoop of icy sorbet that slowly melts into the bubbles.
